Project SILTA
SILTA is a project of Baltic Region Кн, implemented with the support of STEA and in cooperation with the City of Turku.
The project aims to create and embed a model to increase the social inclusion of Russian-speaking older people living at home and motivate them to lead healthy lives. It will also increase equality with other language groups, access to information and activities, and reduce loneliness and substance abuse.
